Gill & Debbie walk THE SAINTS WAY in CORNWALL

Family friends, Gillian and Debbie will be walking over 34 miles to raise funds for BEWT in memory of Billie

06/06/22

On 16th June, Gill Edwards and Debbie Ayton will set off on a 34 mile hike across Cornwall along the Saints Way. The hike starts in Padstow on the north coast and two days later, on Sunday 18th June, Gill and Debbie will arrive in Fowey on the south coast.

To encourage them to keep going we would love to help them raise money for BEWT, to help us continue to fund critical research into reducing vasospasms in patients who have suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH).

SAH can happen to any one of us, at any time, and mostly without warning, sadly up to 35% will not survive the initial bleed. By making whatever donation you can to support this walking challenge, you will also help us fund vital research and could just save the life of someone you know.

Gill reflects on her memories of Billie; “Billie was a vibrant star that shone bright in so many people's lives including my own and through supporting the BEWT charity, we can continue her legacy on her behalf. Thank you in advance for your support.”
